Great location, clean bright nicely decorated room. Nespresso machine in the room was great. My only regret was not booking an ocean view room.

The room was quite good- it would've been nice to have the ocean view but next time I would definitely book an ocean view room. The restaurant was really good for dinner with a view - unfortunately, they were not open for breakfast. They do have a little coffee shop with limited coffee and breakfast items. It was nice to be able to walk to the beach right outside the hotel very accessible! We will definitely be back. also, there was a nice pool. I wish I had. my bathing suit would've definitely used! Highly recommend.

Very attractive facility. Beautiful decor and a feeling of comfort when you enter. Had a lovely lunch on there r new outdoor patio overlooking the ocean. Also dined in the restaurant for dinner and the service and food was top notch. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We felt very welcomed at the check-in, the staff were amazing! Lovely lobby with beautiful art everywhere and an exquisite art piece of hanging teardrop crystals! Two pools, lovely out door setup with ocean view! We highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay. Staff were friendly and hotel was clean and well appointed. Beds were comfortable. We had dinner at the restaurant and the food and service were impeccable. We would stay there again if we returned to Parksville.

This is a beautiful hotel in a gorgeous location. They’ve done a lot of updating over the last few years, adding a larger patio and a really nice outdoor pool. Our ocean-view room was a great place to relax on the balcony, and was very comfortable and quiet. The restaurant is a bit expensive, but the food is fantastic! The on-site café has limited options, and tends to sell out, but it’s a nice amenity to have. All of the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. We’re already planning our next visit!

Pleasant stay. We booked an ocean view with 2 queen bed for 1 night. The room is big enough for 3 of us.

The only disappointment was breakfast on our last morning. My wife's eggs were way under cooked and she lost her appetite. The only concession by the servers was a very small discount. Didn't expect to pay for a meal that was inedible.

A great place for a pet friendly stay! We always love the rooms, the restaurant and the beautiful ocean view. It's just the best location. We did have construction materials that were in our view this time (discarded cardboard) but I alerted the desk and hopefully this is a temporary thing. :)

The room was clean and we had a great view! We asked to change our room to have an ocean view and they accommodated us and found us a room. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. We had a wonderful dinner in the dining room and Jill, our server, was excellent. Everything we experienced was excellent.

I have to admit, we were shocked at how amazing this place was. I told my wife, I just booked some place don't expect much. WELL we were fooled. Great staff, great location, great room!!! Only issue, the coffee shop should have fresh baked stuff from local people... that is it though!!! I highly recommend!

Nice clean room with a beautiful ocean view. The path down to the ocean could be improved and the Gazebo definitely needs updating, repairs, new paint and a clean up.

Weekend getaway with my teenaged twin boys. We were only a few hours away from our destination but the resort vibes we got made us feel like we were in a Mexican resort. Nice pools and excellent scenery.
