I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel, great location, friendly staff, super clean room with bar stand and coffee, free water, coffee and pop in lobby. King bed was super comfy as well as pillows. Recommend 100%

The room was spacious and stayed wonderfully cool, and the king bed was comfortable. The couch was less comfortable. Everything was clean and neat and well maintained. It was great to have a restaurant with great food available. The fridge was small, but big enough for our needs. We enjoyed our stay.

We love staying here when in Vernon. The value for the size of the one bedroom suite with a kitchen is great. There is plenty of room for our family with a bonus that the teens each get a bed (one on the pull out sofa) We will continue to return.

Spacious rooms

The reception is not properly manned given the volume of traffic, number of rooms/tourists and activities that the reception is in charge of. This was by far the biggest handicap at this property, every time I needed help there was a significant waiting time (people waiting in line, while the only receptionist is on the phone).
