The location was great. The room was perfect for our needs and the staff were friendly. I was uncertain about the location when I was booking because of my car but the valet parking was not too expensive and it took away all the concerns.

The location was very central- you can walk everywhere. The staff were very friendly and accommodating- no free breakfast, but good food at Ruby’s - which is within the building.

We left another hotel to come here and it was, as always, lovely. Staff is fantastic, amenities are great, location is ideal for downtown tourism. Will definitely stay here again and regret our first night in Victoria was spent elsewhere.

We had a pleasant stay overall. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the Inner Harbour, downtown, and many attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and included a kitchenette, which was very convenient. The staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. We really recommend this hotel and will book again!

Decent room. Super friendly staff. Area outside wasn’t the best but that is completely out of the hotel’s control, otherwise it worked for us.

The staff were very communicative and so nice. They were able to check me in early and helped make my anniversary with my boyfriend so special! 😊

We had a wonderful three night stay in Victoria and the Best Western Plus Carlton Plaza Hotel. We were in a family suite which had ample room for the five of us. There was even a fridge, microwave, stove, and over as well as a coffee maker and all of the fixings. It was just what our family needed in order to tour and visit Victoria. We would love to stay here again. We were able to walk to Chinatown and easily be accessible to the Wharf. A great stay for families!

This was a great stop before heading home. Nice staff, affordable, and in a convenient location. Downside was the high level of homelessness and drug use arpund the property.

Very friendly staff, it was a big plus to have a kitchen while traveling with family, the room was a good size, it is an older building..that said the location was very great! We all enjoyed it!
