This is our second time staying in there we love the room with the panoramic view. It’s so beautiful looking out over the Detroit river and Detroit city watching the bar just go up and down the river. It’s very entertaining. The restaurant is excellent. We enjoyed a meal there good service. All the staff is friendly and nice and helpful with maps and places to go the next time we are in Windsor we’re definitely stay in there again. My favourite is the 14th floor and the panoramic view. It’s just lovely.

Bathroom could use a renovation as it's outdated. The rooms are great with awesome views. Would be nice to have more drink options since there is no free breakfast. Parking available in the garage towards the back of the building. Staff were very helpful with check in and check out process. Great location with lots of options near by.

Very clean updated nice hotel and staff were very nice. Only complaints were charging money for wifi and the pool was in the connected hotel next door and the water was very cold. Would definitely stay again.

All the staff were very welcoming, helpful and kind. We had a room close to the elevator that I requested. Parking was convenient. Beds were comfortable. View of the river was a nice surprise. The restaurant in the hotel was a great place to have a delicious breakfast before check out and the 15% off coupon from the front desk was appreciated. Would definitely consider staying here again
