I had a wonderful stay at this property and would definitely return. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, exactly what you want after a long day of traveling. The bed was supportive, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make check-in smooth and offered great local recommendations. Air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a lifesaver during the warm weather. The bar area was a nice bonus — relaxed atmosphere with good drinks and a great place to unwind in the evening. The location was convenient and the overall vibe made the stay feel refreshing and stress-free. Minor note: Nothing major, but the Wi-Fi could be a bit stronger in some parts of the room. This property is perfect for both leisure and business travelers. If you're looking for cleanliness, good service, and comfort, you can book here with confidence! 👍

Our go to hotel when staying in the area, have never had any complaints. Room always clean, staff friendly and helpful, location is perfect for walking the river and downtown, rooms with riverfront view are incredible and worth the upgrade.

The staff displayed excellent customer service! Didn't visit the bar, and the A/C worked very well!

Great location…wonderful clean room with beautiful views of the river. And such a nice young guy at reception. Yummy cookies when we registered. Parking seemed complicated but was a breeze …just steps from the hotel back entrance.

Our room was incredible, staff was very nice and helpful…the pool and hot tub were not up and running and we were really looking forward to using those and we weren’t overly impressed with the next door hotel’s pool that they kindly were going to let us use, so we didn’t. Views, location and price were great!! We’ll be back soon!!!

Property was clean, staff were excellent. We travel with a young man with a wheelchair so the only barrier was the pool, the chairlift to get in was unavailable as the person who could operate it was unavailable. There's a barrier about a foot high around the whole pool with no staircase into it, just ladders so without my husband there I wouldn't have been able to get him in which is a big part of his holiday. The warm cookies offered after our swim were delicious!

We arrived very early and asked if we could park at the property while we went for a bike ride, Cindy said our room was ready(we got an upgrade top floor river view). Great location for a nice walk along the river.
