Clean room, amazing staff. I was here for a funeral and needed to increase the font size so it was easier to read my eulogy. I emailed it to the front desk and they did it write away. They even let us stay in the room an hour later with no charge on the day of the funeral. Breakfast was hot and lots of options. Friendly staff!

Our stay here was great. The front desk staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast staff wee extremely friendly and accommodating. Facilities at this location are real good as well. The only criticism is, the pool area needs to be attended to just a little better. There was hair and a few band aids laying around for the 2 days we were there, so a liitle attention to cleaning this area would have been greatly appreciated!

We stay here everytime we pass thru Winkler. Clean rooms. Nice pool and slide. Decent breakfast. They have rooms with 3 bed so that is soooo nice!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the service stood out—friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making guests feel welcome. The entire property was clean, comfortable, and well cared for, which made settling in easy. I did run into a couple of small issues during my stay, but what impressed me most was how quickly and graciously the staff responded. Both the front desk and the cleaning team went out of their way to help, and their willingness to assist made all the difference. It’s rare to find a place where every interaction feels thoughtful and accommodating. Overall, this was a great experience. Excellent service, spotless facilities, and a team that truly cares. I would happily stay here again.
