We booked for one night to stay for 3 people. The room was actually very nice. Clean and well equipped with 2 standard single beds. However, the 3rd bed was a foldout soft bed. Their one was so lacking in cushioning that you ended up laying the sofa frame. Its understandable that the third bed would be compositon, but it wasnt ok and was ultimately painful. Otherwise the staff was good. Location is great.

Wow! What a wonderful experience! A very reasonable and fair pet rate of 23 dollars. Literally every member of their staff met and greeted my dog, followed by giving us he welcome bag of treats and doo bags along with spotting the nearest dog park. Mind blowing. The room was great and clean, and the food for room service was excellent! I couldnt have been happier! Thank you!.

A respectable hotel in downtown vancouver. The front desk staff was welcoming. I cant comment because we didnt use their restaurant. Although the room was small, it was clean and had a balcony overlooking other high rises. We wonder if our room is softer because the door jamb to the balcony was broken. Be prepared to use the provided earplugs unless you want to sleep soundly. In the alley, there are homeless people screaming in the early morning hours, as well as sirens running all morning and night. This city does not sleep. Parking costs 32.50 per night, and it is an underground parking lot. It may seem steep, but it compares to everything else in town. Best western has set their parking price accordingly. Overall, this hotel was rated well by us. There may be some street noise in this area, however, the price is fairly reasonable for the other hotels in that area.

The best western in granville was a fantastic place to stay. We received s taizoo coupons that included breakfast, wine, and parking ($229). It was an incredible deal for the price. Our room was spacious, had onsite parking, delicious breakfast with lots of variety, etc. Despite being close to the elevator, which caused some noise due to apparent lack of insulation, the room itself was clean and comfortable, especially having eavesdropping. I would highly recommend staying here, particularly with these fantastic deals.

This hotel is a great option if you plan to stay overnight in Vancouver to visit the orpheum or the vogue theatres. It takes 5 to 6 minutes to walk from both. Very clean, friendly atmosphere. The staff is friendly and very helpful, the restaurant on site served delicious food. I will definitely stay here again.

We were pleasantly surprised by the fact that we had come from the island for a fanexpo and had never been to canada before, and we were concerned about the drug and homelessness, but it wasnt overwhelming. Yes, those things were present, yet they werent overpowering. The rooms are lovely, especially the large balcony. Since you are staying downtown, you definitely need earplugs because it is live all night until around 3 oclock. We kept the tv volume low throughout the night for white noise, which helped drown out the noises. It was also good to have emitted noise. There is i love the front desk staff. Both the service and the breakfast at the edge restaurant were excellent. I particularly liked the convenience store across the street in granville. All the treats were delicious for my kids. Petfriendly and he room with retractable couch, not very comfortable for adults, however, it would be suitable for children. However, the beds are incredibly comfy. For the amenities of downtown Vancouver, its hygienic and safe place to stay. Without if ive ever stayed here again, ill stay here once more.

After traveling for 12 hours to get there and having some problems with the checkin process, i am eternally grateful for the understanding and kindness of the front desk staff! Despite the circumstances for our stay there, we had a wonderful stay. We will definitely stay again. The restaurant is also the bomb, but its unfortunate that it isnt open all day.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel. Would unquestionably suggest it! The bed was really comfortable to sleep on, the balcony offered sweeping views of the city center, gastown was only ten minutes walk away, there were many dining options nearby, and there was likewise saxo mall nearby.

I had a quick onenight stay at this hotel and was very satisfied with it. Excellent customer service, clean and spacious king suite with everything you need for sanitizing. The location is excellent, close to everything. Price to quality ratio was also very good for the price of ration in downtown vladka. Thank you for your hospitality.

The concierge is very friendly and helpful. The staff are all very nice. Location is great to many famous places. This place is highly recommended! The suite itself is well designed and decorated. Its not luxurious but comfortable and very clean, even the housekeepers are very pleasant. On the 10th floor, there is a beautiful view. Unfortunately the size of the bed was small. We ended up using the sofa bed in the living room. Overall, we really enjoyed our three days here.

This place is recommended. The location is excellent because it is close to many attractions downtown. There may be some noise outside, but keep your head to yourself and youll be fine. Friendly and helpful staff, parking is paid for by a private company, good views, i like the large balcony, corner store, and other nearby attractions.
