Had a very nice stay. Bed comfy. Only issue in room was door wouldn’t stay open in bathroom and counter top was tiny. Nothing really for toothbrush face cream etc. not a big deal. And a lovely wine and cheese reception on check in

We stayed in two different rooms (one with a patio and one with a fireplace) both of which had a wonderful view of the Three Sisters. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a fridge and microwave. The evening wine and cheese hour (7pm- 8pm) was most welcome and the staff were friendly. Sufficient parking for our car and a 10 minute walk into downtown. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was nice and clean. The hotel staff was friendly and provided bikes for us to ride for free. The town of Canmore had plenty of shops to visit and was much less crowded than the town of Banff. I would stay here again if I come this way in the future. Plenty of parking and close to restaurants.

Nice hotel, feels new or recently renovated. The beds are super comfy as well as the pillows. They offer a happy hour with free cheese and one glass of wine. You can buy to-go breakfast for under 8 CAD. The only detail for you to keep in mind is that they don’t offer daily housekeeping. It advertises as every other day, but our room wasn’t cleaned or towels changed despite staying for 3 nights.

Great place to stay! Clean room, friendly staff. They have ready made breakfast bags to go for a small affordable fee. There was water, tea and coffee to help yourself with in the reception area. Free cheese & wine from 7-8pm in the lobby that had plenty of seating room that has a large fireplace & window that faced the mountains.

Each room had their own balcony, but I was unable to figure out how to lock it from outside, (user error) but still had access to the main back entrance. They had small refreshments available at all times near the front desk and I greatly appreciated the apple cider mix. A little on the older side but still a great place to stay at if you’re wanting to visit Banff but not pay Banff prices. Location is also convenient (next to gas station and Tim Horton’s within walking distance).

Lovely stay! Cute inn with outstanding amenities including to-go breakfast bags for those early morning hikes, wine and cheese reception with live music, coffee and tea, great board game options, beautiful rustic and homelike lounge area. Staff were friendly and helpful.
