An oasis that every traveler who appreciates local, down to earth, non-commercialized, amenities at an affordable price...with spectacular views that are not just for the elite. ..should experience. This is what a hotel stay use to be like...without exuberant prices...a home away from home. Thank you to Tammy and the rest of the staff for all they do to keep this lovely gem going!

It was very peaceful and relaxing watching the tide coming in and out. Accommodation was perfect and with your own balcony. Will be back for sure!

This was one best hotels I have stayed in . And I have spent nights in Lake Louise/Banff Fairmount hotel chain still one of favorites from Ottawa to Calgary and out east . But loved this hotel best so far the lay out over ocean. And room was amazing no breakfast but small price big balcony with patio furniture BBQ and all pots, pans, forks knifes, full size fridge and stove,microwave ect look forward to coming back .

Really enjoyed Clipper Shipp and will probably return. Love that the room includes stove/oven, full sized fridge. Ideally there would be more counter space for food prep and a kitchen sink would be helpful. Besides that, loved my stay. Pay for the beautiful view and enjoy a home cooked meal. Unique spot. Would recommend

All the basics were met! Enough dishes; silverware; towels etc. Even the variety of COFFEE PODS!!! Door locks and latches… lights automatically on and dusk.Parking at your front door. No complaints here! … and the view” Spectacular “.

Older motel but very cute, cozy and quaint. Beautiful view. Very nice staff. She actually came and helped us with the tv to find the baseball game. Would love to come back.

Been coming here for years. Excellent location on the Bay. Ocean and sometimes fog. Prices are climbing though. Great big balconies and full apartment style units. Great viewing from the balcony.
