GG was the nicest hostess and very helpful. Hotel is an old building but very updated boutique style hotel, central to the main Baker Street. Limited parking but free parking on the street overnight. Would stay here again.

We have stayed at the Cloudside before. We appreciate the special care of the staff. The ammenities are above and beyond the usual sample size. It is like being home, actually. Parking is a bit dicey if the hotel is busy, but they make accommodations for parking within walking distance. The property is just a couple blocks from Baker St. and eateries.

Everything was great. The only problem we had was in parking behind the hotel. Someone abandoned their car and blocked access in the alley. This made it difficult to leave on our day of departure. Otherwise, everything was fine. We would return to this property.

We've returned to the Cloudside Inn three times, each time to a different room, each time for a romantic getaway. This time we stayed in a suite with a king bed. Incredibly clean, comfortable, fantastic location. Would easily stay again.

The property is a beautifully restored Victorian house and our room had amenities such as a fridge, coffee maker, hot pot, and robes. There were dishes and a microwave was available in the hall. We stayed in the Cedar room, which had a view of Nelson from up high. Although it has a detached bathroom down the hall, the bathroom is for that room only. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially assisting us to get an early check in because my husband was ill. Highly recommend!

Neat little hotel with just a few rooms. Upscale and nicely appointed. Lots of charm without feeling like you’re staying in a super old property. Very close to downtown and all the shops and restaurants. Only drawback is parking can be a chore if they’ve got a full house.

Staff were terrific and supportive throughout the stay. Quality of the place was above many other places we stayed. Location in downtown Nelson was great - we felt like we were at home! Lots more to explore, and looking forward to coming back! Parking was a bit difficult, but otherwise, all good!
