Very nice and quiet. The staff was great. Some good by food close by that is walkable, but best if you have a car to get around from there.

Everything about this hotel was great, except that the AC Unit was a bit too loud.

Even though the property is located on a major road, our room was very quiet. Exceptionally clean. All newly renovated and very comfortable. Our room was located on the second floor, which may be difficult for some guests because I’m not certain there is an elevator. Beautiful common area with flowers and places to sit and relax. Ample parking. Very friendly staff who offered us water and snacks upon our arrival. Wi-Fi was easily accessible. Although there are no restaurants on site, there is a fast food outlet across the street and it is half a block from a sit down restaurant. Will highly recommend to friends and family. We will certainly be staying here again the next time we come over from Vancouver Island. Very good value.

I really loved the location, especially how convenient it was being close to the highway. All the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and made the experience even better. 😁

Free parking, pet friendly, clean, and comfortable. Modern but not too fancy for my taste. The check-in experience was great with a very friendly staff person.

Great place except it's next to the highway so can hear a bit of noise especially during peak hours

Great overall, the only two things we didn't love were the lack of parking. We barely had a real stall, but made it work. The other issue was the to go coffee lids were a pain in the but to fit the cups. They really don't fit well. Minor issue over all but was a little frustrating at the time. The great coffee made up for that though! ;) Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Had a great view of grouse mountain. A nice touch is a hand written letter from the general manager. Overall a great hotel! Check in was a breeze. Staff were super friendly. I like they offered us snacks on arrival and check out. Free of charge. It was a nice touch especially for my daughter! Thanks for the great stay! We would book again!

My experience in the hotel was perfect, starting from the hospitality, staff, clean rooms, ending with the parking lot, and most importantly the guest room at the entrance which is Cozy, neat and equipped with advanced coffee machine that prepares many hot drinks beverages. Special gratitude to Rashyda and Mumtaz who facilitate our check-in and check out

First time staying there. It was just for the night but I was pleasantly surprised. The amenities were great. They have complimentary coffee and give a few goodies when you check in. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was clean and modern. Definitely happy to have stayed there during my stay. Will come again
