The room was very clean, and the bed was so comfortable. We also got a complimentary breakfast before checkout. They also have on-site parking which was great. Highly recommend!! Alot of good food spots around there too.

The front desk staff were very friendly and professional. The room was nice, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The built in air conditioner/heater allowed for me to easily make the room's temperature perfect at any time, even with the constantly changing weather. On top of everything else, there were additional perks to the hotel that made the stay more enjoyable including complimentary breakfast (eggs, bacon, toast, fruit, coffee, juice, etc.), free popcorn and cookies in the lobby, complimentary barbecues on Wednesday evenings, an indoor pool, and a gym. The location is excellent too, since it is right beside a grocery store, is close to many restaurants, and is near beautiful neighbourhoods that are great for taking walks. I definitely enjoyed my stay at The Comfort Inn and was happy to visit Brockville. I would like to visit again sometime and if I do, I will be choosing The Comfort Inn for my next stay as well.

The staff was very helpful - and seeing somebody with a friendly, welcoming smile on their face when arriving at the front desk always makes a tired traveler feel better. The hotel is in a walking distance from the waterfront. A bonus is there is a grocery store next to it and a couple of chain restaurants around it.
