Our family stayed at Comfort Inn for 3 nights, and it truly became one of the highlights of our vacation in Gananoque. When we opened the door to our room, my daughters were so excited because it was located right beside the swimming pool! After spending each day exploring the area, they couldn't wait to jump into the pool every evening for an hour. Those moments became some of our favorite family memories. The location is outstanding. Everything we wanted to see was within easy reach—the Thousand Islands cruise, waterfront park, beach, and several restaurants were only about a 5-minute walk away. It was also just a short drive to No Frills, Metro, Canadian Tire, Dollarama, and other stores, making our stay even more convenient. Check-in and check-out were fast, smooth, and stress-free. Our room was spotless, and the entire hotel, including the common areas, was clean and very well maintained. The complimentary breakfast exceeded our expectations. There was a great selection of delicious food, and the staff did an amazing job keeping everything fresh and fully stocked by continuously refilling the serving stations. My daughters especially loved making their own pancakes with the automatic pancake machine—it was such a fun experience for them! We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Gananoque. Great breakfast...the hotel is in nice condition and well maintained...polite guest services ,....stayed 2 nights...less than a 5 to 10 minute walk to boat tours, restaurants , museums, parks, marina, small beach,....location can't be beat!!.... A+

The location is very close to the boat tour launch. Very clean and comfortable. Everything was in working order and there were no defects that I could see. In in wall HVAC unit performed well at keeping the room cool but can be a little loud for sleeping. One trick that helps is to keep the fan running all the time that way you get a constant background noise that gets a little louder when cooling. If the fan only turns on when the AC kicks in then it's a sudden noise in an otherwise quiet room that will wake you up. Staff were excellent all around. Breakfast had the typical continental choices with some hot choices like potato patties, scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes. It was busy when we went but the food turnover was keeping up. There was space to eat inside and a nice space outside when the inside got full. We didn't get a chance to try the pool but there was a window to the pool right outside our door and from what I could see the people swimming where having a good time, looked nice. Overall we were very satisfied and felt like it was worth the price we paid.

Room was very spacious and clean. We were concerned about the safety of the tub There was no tub mat. Also no shelves to put your own bar of soap on I would advise adding grab bars before there is an accident. Currently there were none. A towel rack is not a grab bar Other than that, it is a perfect location as it is in walking distance to downtown or the waterfront if going on a 1000 Island cruise

This property was located. Excellent because we had a Sea-Doo and we were able to dock it at the free local municipal dock and park back up at the hotel which was like five minute walk away very nice hotel very nice location beautiful town highly recommend this trip.

Room was very clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was decent. Very good location. Few suggestions to improve - provide kettle, more water filling stations, a shower near the pool and the pool water should be warm. Overall very good quality
