Fairmont Lake Louise is out of this world. A truly unique location and property. Not to be missed! The ability to experience Lake Lousie without a crowd is a valuable and unique opportunity (and staying at this property is really the only way to do that). My only feedback is that the only (small) pool and hot tub (for general, rather than spa guest) is indoors and does not have any view. It didn't bother us for our summer visit, but this might be a bummer for a winter trip.

It’s a beautifully sited hotel right on the lake - we hiked, had dinner there two nights and it was lovely even in the rain. Staff are superb My only critique is breakfast time only one restaurant open -it was mobbed so much we left- they do offer room service but that didn’t work as we were packed up to leave. Other option for to go items - mobbed by people not staying there. So … summary: great hikes - go early lots of hikers. lovely dinners ( we had way advance reservations) Couldn’t get a spa treatment ( booked solid) But you absolutely cannot beat the view And staff are top notch

Amazing Views - Basin Spa unparalleled. Only negative is the visitors from other areas to the Lake can get a bit crowded during the day. But the dining, staff, and location all top notch.

We paid 2k for our one evening stay and got lake view on 2nd floor. Price aside, everything is excellent. Great hospitality, supreme views. Canoe: you get discount if you are booked with the hotel.

The Chateau was absolutely incredible as well as beautiful. The staff were all so incredibly friendly & welcoming. Everyone made you feel like a VIP. The walking trails were well marked and the scenery was amazing. We had totally blue skies the 3 days we were there. The good that we ate in the restaurants was very good as well & the portions were very generous. Would definitely recommend if you plan to visit this area but bring your money.

The lake views were breathtaking! Great access to BNP trails as well. The resort is top notch with a variety of restaurants, soaking pools and a small spa. Book reservations for restaurants with a view in advance.

Had an amazing stay here. From arrival the staff were excellent. Amy checked us in and was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. 5 star service from the start. Room was very clean with a great view. All around the property the staff were excellent, concierge desk and shuttle driver Kira. All in all this was a great hotel and a great stay. Thank you.
