I will keep it brief because we only stayed one night. The wonderful staff was nice and very friendly. Pool is excellent, the grounds are cute, and the location is good. The bad about our cabin was ok. The bed was uncomfortable at all, so we had a terrible night's sleep. There is also a sewer smell that was very unpleasant and needs to be cleaned. I probably wouldn't stay again just because of the bed and smell.

I would never return to this location, and since I have been a travel agent for 40 years, I highly do not suggest this place. Over the Thanksgiving weekend in 2020, we reserved four nights. One bedroom was our home. Cabin 10. Price 169 plus taxes. The property's staff is the only thing I can say is that they are kind and accommodating. They also constructed a new pool and pool home. Extremely nice. I wish I could have put more positive into words, but this was a total letdown. Nothing nearly like it appears on the website. Very shabby, the paint was peeling on the walls and doors. There is no unit's amenities, including kleenex or a paper towel. Had to call a hairdryer! There are no cooking pots. Everything is decrepit and in need of major renovation. We wanted to eat outside, and we did on the picnic table, but it was quite dusty, so we thought we would be on grass. The deck is relatively small, and can only accommodate 2 people at a time. Although the grounds are beautiful and the people are friendly, it is unfortunate that they really need to tidy this place up. Even our door was damaged. Light bulbs have not been replaced, making it incredibly dark.

This cabin is exactly as described on their website. Check-in was incredibly simple and the older woman who greeted us, sorry she didn't remember her name, was incredibly friendly and kind. We stayed in a one-bedroom cabin and thoroughly liked it! Our cabin appeared to have recently undergone renovation, though it was clearly rustic, and it was charming, squeaky clean, and quite cozy. Our sister's large-bred canine companion was with us, so I would suggest that a two-bedroom cabin is the best space choice since it can get a little crowded with the crate if you are traveling with a large breed dog for a large breed dogs. I also adore that this location is also dog-friendly! We had netflix at our cabin, but it was windy for most of our stay, so it was a fun night or two. The pool and hot tub are exceptionally tidy and well-maintained. The pool house is also spotless, has showers, and bathrooms, and seems like it was fairly new, so that was a welcomed bonus! Since there is more privacy and a great little playground available, the cabins farther away from the road definitely look very cozy. If you come to this location, I highly suggest a cabin!
