Cute little studio condo on 8th floor. Close to the Keg Mansion which we walked to and Allan Gardens. Bed was comfortable and many items appeared updated. Would stay again!

Apartment clean, furniture condition is very good, prime location. Waiting time for the elevator the only issue we faced couple of times. I strongly recommend this apartment for short stay at Toronto.

Le prix était alléchant pour le nombre de chambres et l’emplacement. Arrivée facile et rapide avec instructions claires. L’appartement était propre, le wifi excellent, les voisins silencieux. Nous avons apprécié le café, le savon et le shampoing fournis. Je reviendrais.

Excellent stay in downtown Toronto. The condo was modern, clean, and very well appointed with everything needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect — close to restaurants, attractions, and transit — and parking was surprisingly easy and convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

The location was nice. The house itself was actually quite nice. We thought it was large and comfortable. It was also easily accessible to businesses. However, unfortunately, the cleanliness was quite inadequate. The bed, floors, and bathroom were covered in hair. The towels were also dirty. Since there were only two of us, we tried to use the clean-looking items from the other bedroom and closets, but we couldn't be comfortable because they weren't clean. I hope they resolve this.

The apartment could have been cleaner upon arrival. We also had to wait quite a long time to get the key, despite informing in advance about our arrival time. It would also be helpful if basic amenities such as a hair dryer and toiletries were provided.

The automatic door lock didn't work and it was impossible to lock the door, so I had to pack up my things to step out in the evening. Called the staff, who were responsive, but the door lock was still broken after they said they would come repair it. The buzzer to enter the front door lands to a phone line with options requiring dial input, but the console doesn't have a dial pad. Audio coming out of the buzzer console was also hard to understand. Had to call staff to get past the buzzer. There is a loud fan that seems to always be on all night. Thermostat controls didn't allow me to lower the temperature. The room is marketed as "hotel" on Expedia but it's just a single room condo unit (misleading). Room was clean at least.

Very hard to get check in information and when you arrive there is no clear instruction. They ask you to pay a $500 deposit when you check in. They dont have all the information either. The place in nice but all the furniture and curtains are super cheap so it feels like its falling apart. I would understand this if this booking was in Airbnb but not Expedia....

Total Scam, Don't Stay Here, Seriously.. When we checked in at 10:48pm the first night we immediately noticed the AC was not working, it was +26 in the room. We reached out to the support WhatsApp number (as there is no front desk) and they said sorry for the discomfort. We asked for another room and they said they didn't have any despite proving to them we saw availability online. Not even a fan. The next day it was +28 in the room. We reached out for help but they wouldn't respond, so we contacted hotels.com for help. Once hotels.com reached out to them they finally responded to our messages and said they would send someone to help. Someone came after 3pm and wrote a note that the AC doesn't work and they would need to call a tech...DUH!...By text they told me it was fixed. I showed them a picture of the note, and a picture of the temp showing it was not fixed. At 6:31pm on the second day they finally said we could check out and they would issue a full refund for both nights. So we checked out and got another hotel with working AC. I never received the refund, so when I inquired when I would be receiving it they wouldn't respond to me. So I reached out to hotels.com and they got ahold of them. Then they finally messaged me back only to say "No refund will be issued as the stay continued after the AC issue was reported" What!? FYI - temperatures between 26° C and 31° C is considered dangerous temperatures especially for pregnant women. They didn't care.....

The air conditioner did not work and the window was broken. Very hot and uncomfortable in the room. The tv did not work, the tap in the kitchen was loose. The contact person responded to my concerns and said a maintenance person would be coming to address the issues but nobody came. We stayed 2 nights and did not have anyone come to fix these problems throughout our stay.
