Despite the fact that we shared a bath with friends, this wonderful I and I are so clean and civilized in a small area with little other than cleanliness. Modern cappuccino and drinks are available, which is not trendy here. The rooms are tiny but comfortable and the ferry terminal is only a few steps away. The proprietor couldn't be nicer. Don't take your shoes off, but that's not a bad thing! Do have dinner here if you can.

This hotel deserves a five-star rating! Our experience with Claude was remarkable from the minute we spoke with him online. He made booking as easy as possible. And as a plus for me and me, we had the option of a gourmet dinner when we arrived! The cuisine was spectacular. There are fresh rolls, dynamite clam chowder, and stuffed quail with honeysuckle confit that are to die for! This is my first stay with the historic setting and a lovely comfort. Oops, I - I - this is my first! Bravo, Claude!.

We came across Give La Richardier a year ago because there was a wonderful bakery that was very busy and quite far from other towns. On our way back from Queen's north coast, we tried to stay there, but they were quite booked up. This time, we made a long advance reservation and we were treated to two fantastic stays and two fantastic dinners and breakfasts on our journey up and back along the coast. With food to match, neat and clean beyond all expectations. Although there isn't a bakery, the offer is exceptional.

Give La Richardiere is an excellent destination to stop while traveling to take the ferry over to manage, queen, or a great place to stop for exploring northern queen along the river. Claude makes you feel very welcome and takes the time to show you around. The bedroom was nice and the little extras such as chocolates, water, toiletries, etc. We appreciate it very much. Claude even had a car batterytype compressor to inflate our car tire over the night when it went flat.

I liked my stay at the Give Le Richadiere in Godbout. An amazing home with so much to do. The breakfast was excellent, and my family's varied food allergies were all accommodated. The teens and young adults were so fascinated by everything in the house that they never once turned on their electronics. It was worth the trip in a town with little to do other than walk on the beach, visit a museum, and board the ferry.
