Have stayed here every time we pass through Grand Forks. Always clean and comfortable. Reception is very friendly and quick with a suggestion for Chinese food or breakfast! To top it off a decent price for a clean room with fridge microwave TV with tons of Roku apps.

I was on a motorcycle and had parking right in front of my room. Air conditioning was sufficient. I usually get hot at night and I felt comfortable. Staff was friendly and efficient.

Simple but cute "retro style" motel. The location is excellent as are the staff. Well worth the stay!

Property is a little dated, but friendly staff and very clean facility makes up the difference.
