The location couldn't be any better! Super close to the CN tower, Aquarium, Union station, and Scotiabank.Starbucks is around the corner. The suite itself was clean and welcoming. Shoutout to Olga for the sweet note and taking good care of the unit. There is a washer and dryer, oven, microwave, and stocked cutlery/dishes. There is a television with Roku tv but you can use other apps too if you have an account. Just remember to sign out. WiFi worked well too. Beds were neat with clean towels on them. Check in was a little confusing, you have to submit your information onto a tablet to gain access to the building. There had been complaints about the elevators not working but I didn't experience that at all. Everything was in working condition. I would recommend this location and hope to come back soon!!! The apartment was very nice, with the exception of a couple of signs of wear and tear, but was great nonetheless! The ease of access to all things in the city was perfect! The balcony was also a great added feature!

Checking in was easy and smooth (we only had to enter our information with the concierge). Our condo did not have a broom, which made cleaning a little difficult. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was a great bonus. There were a few small imperfections, such as some missing blinds and a cracked mirror, but other than that, the stay was great. The location is perfect — close to the waterfront, shops, restaurants, and the CN Tower.

Room was very clean and neat. Was nice to have kitchen facilities, coffee maker, microwave, fridge, stove, etc. Bed was comfy. Easy access and walking distance to nearby attractions. Would stay again, highly recommend!

Empty coffee tin. (No coffee) laundry in dryer and washer.. didnt need but still. Side table dresser broken handle. Dishwasher not secure. I ran it before i left. It was loose

Perfect location for all things downtown Toronto. Steps from Union station so convenient from the airport or to use the Go Trains. Scotiabank Arena, Rogers Stadium, CN Tower, Aquarium, restaurants and coffee shops all right there. Check in was easy with a tablet at the concierge desk to enter all your info (need booking number, ID, booking email) to gain access to the unit. Unit itself was better than expected after reading reviews. There was a few things that could be repaired or improved on but overall we were very happy with our stay at this location. No major complaints. What didn’t make it a 5 star was made up for by the perfect location.

This was really great value for the money. I would not hesitate to stay here again. The apartment was well-located, clean and had an amazing view of Lake Ontario. The only negative was the wait time for the elevator at peak times. Also, the gym was a bit limited in terms of equipment. Otherwise, a great stay!
