travel frequently, and this was a great experience. The property offered easy access, spacious rooms, and excellent communication throughout the stay. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. I would definitely stay again.

Bathroom needs 5 new lights it’s very dim Water is very finicky too hot takes 5 minutes for the cold to kick in No heat in the bedroom & tv room ( curtains are definitely too sparse in the tv room the thermostat is set to 30 room temp last night was 17 Horrible experience getting in the Orel the code wouldn’t work finally the the front desk called the owner Had a hard time entering my credit card for the damage deposit off the text message it didn’t like my ph# finally went to Hotels com it got me thru instantly Good bed Good internet Tv is only Roku TV hotels.com

I would not stay here again. The unit I received was not accurately represented in the listing. The photos shown appear to be of a different apartment, as the unit I stayed in did not match what was advertised and did not appear in the listing at all. The condition of the apartment was also unacceptable. The walls were visibly dirty, with dust buildup and cobwebs in the corners, and both the carpet and furniture (including chairs) were stained. Overall, the unit felt poorly maintained and far below expectations based on the listing. I attempted to address these concerns during my stay, but the experience was frustrating. The property was unresponsive to messages, and when I called, I was given the runaround with no resolution or follow-up. I have photos documenting the condition of the unit and the discrepancies with the listing. If the property had been represented accurately, I would not have booked it. I would strongly recommend that future guests proceed with caution.

We were already at the property, didnt give me any details on how to check in. Then tried to tell me that they moved our reservation to a different location 30 minutes away right when we got there because of “cleaning issues”, just to say we can actually check in. Other than that, it’s a good spot, clean room thanks to Olga. But support and the whole booking is very sketch
