Great location. Amazing view. Nicely equipt. 3 of us had a great 5 night stay to catch some Jays games. Very short walk to Roger’s Center. Only negative was that the beds were very firm. Hope to come back for another stay!

This is more like an air b and b pretty stocked kitchen and comfy beds. A few minor wear and tears in building. Handy to use washer and dryer. Nice view and very close to walk anywhere we needed to go and also close to Union Station and Longo’s and all the tourist spots.

The appartement was really nice in itself and very well situated. The only downside was the wait for the elevator. On the 49th floor, you can't use the stairs and sometimes it would take up to 20min to get an elevator with space in it. On quiet days it was great but during the weekend...it was very bad.

The address is incorrect. The place was clean, the communication was great, they responded in a very timely manner. It is very good value for the price. Lots of clean towels. The location was good, however the correct location is not listed and the address on the confirmation email was not correct. We only got the correct address after we sent a security deposit outside of Hotels.com.

Kitchen was fine fully stocked. No drying towels The condo could use some TLC Rugs were very dirty shower curtain needed to be changed. Bedding and towels needed to be updated

Yes! But so hot inside, unable to change the temperature in the control panel, window was open all night in able to get a good sleep. Receptionist was mean and rude. Smell cigarettes in the bathroom due to the ventilation.

Property is a total disaster! Multiple issues to do with air-conditioning that does not work, heating system that might work sometimes if you can figure it out, noise from the freeway that is immediately outside the unit, windowless bedroom that has a very noisy, exhaust fan, ventilation, and maintenance staff that thinks it’s all right to insulate the door that doesn’t close to the patio correctly by stuffing bags around it. We want our money back! The unit is horribly designed, proximity to the freeway is insane.

I am very upset with this booking! I specifically booked a grand suite apartment with a specific location. All emails and confirmations stated I was getting what I booked. When it finally came to getting my keys the location and apartment were completely different! I requested to be put where I booked and they told me that regrettably my reservation was in a “multi-listing”, meaning units are located in a few nearby buildings. I asked how could they put me wherever they wanted without asking nor confirming with me. They simply said sorry but my listing is booked at this unit. Unacceptable! To top it off, I booked a Grand Suite with a queen size bed. The unit I got was smaller than I expected, more like a studio that had sliding doors, with a full size bed and a standing shower I barely fit in. In all I strongly believe I paid more than what this place I was put in is. Very annoyed and upset.
