The new Hardrock Hotel in Ontario is beautiful. With cool music memorabilia through out. The food at the Session restaurant was good. Rooms were well stocked and maintained. The pool area was nice, clean and had the bonus of hearing the music under water. The kids facilitates located within the same building (the Factory, Londons children museum) are great for kids of variable ages. My only wish would be that the ice cream shop on the bottom floor were open later. Would recommend and re-visit, though the price is a bit high.

12/10 would recommend staying here. Went for a quick get away with my wife, toddler and new born and had an amazing time. Room was clean and hotel pool and hot tub were great. The location cant be beat having all the amenities in the same building i didn’t have to drive anywhere.

The Short Story: A perfect family-friendly vacation. The Long Story: Rooms: We had an extra sitting area adjacent to two queen beds, which was the perfect amount of space for two adults and a child. The decor is classy, elegant. The mini fridge could be bigger. The bathroom is stunning. The Nespresso machine was a nice touch. Two TVs. Pool Area: Our favourite spot. We had great weather which made all the difference to get maximum use of this area. Restaurants: The hotel restaurant offered great food and service. There are many other restaurants to choose from that are walkable indoors, which is a great feature when weather is suboptimal. We had the pleasure of enjoying the outdoor patio. Kid Friendly Activities: I had a difficult time understanding what this place had to offer for kids, until I learned the hotel is attached to other attractions, such as the Kellogg's factory, arcade, children's museum, Ice cream shoppe, etc. These activities could keep the kids busy all day (hours could have been extended longer). Atmosphere: If you are travelling here only with adults, manage your expectations as this place is not like other Hard Rock hotel experiences. This is very much a family atmosphere, kids everywhere. So if you are expecting an adult only vibe, go elsewhere. If you are a family, you'll have endless fun with some perks for adults.

Our family of five stayed in the Family Suite for 4 nights. We loved that our three preteens could stay in the bunk bed room with a rollaway cot. It gave them some autonomy and we had some space too. We got Starbucks for breakfast most mornings and ate at Powerhouee for dinner. There’s a cute courtyard to use for sports and to burn off a little energy after or before travel. We took the kids to the multisport simulator at the Clubhouse attached to the hotel. Valet and the front desk were super wonderful! The included valet parking was a welcome perk. There are tons of amenities we didn’t even get a chance to use. We will be back for a longer stay next time! Great stay and highly recommended!
