We had a wonderful stay. Such a beautiful place. We were in awe of the room we stayed in . The robe, the slippers, i felt so posh. We loved looking at all the memorabilia throughout the building. We loved how their was still walls and floors of the old Kellogg factory. We only stayed one night, we must stay longer next time as we were so pleased with our stay. My only concern was my allergies could not handle the vanilla scent they pump into the lobby area. i have a problem with strong scents. It did not hinder my stay just hold my breathe and get outside quickly. Definitely recommend people to stay. London was also great as we had never been there.

Beautiful hotel with well-appointed rooms and bathrooms. Immaculate everywhere. Lovely décore and vibe. Great hot tub and pool. So much to do for all ages. Sessions Restaurant provided outstanding service as did Papi’s steakhouse. Speakeasy was a delight. Lounge with live music further enhanced ambience. Staff were all attentive and helpful. You can tell they are proud of the brand. We will definitely return.

My room was so clean and inviting. The staff was always on point, more than happy to help with whatever concerns I’d had. The food was also fantastic. I can tell it was made to order

Great hotel. A little difficult to locate. More signage would be helpful. Other than that small detail, it was one of the nicest hotels for the price I have stayed in. Highly recommend.

The property was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The food, entertainment, and overall atmosphere exceeded our expectations. The only disappointing experience involved the front desk. I asked for change so I could tip the valet staff and handed the associate a $20 USD bill. Instead of providing the equivalent change, I was given $15 CAD(technically charging me $6 USD for change). When I asked if I was essentially being charged the difference just to receive change, the manager explained that the hotel does not perform currency exchanges and simply matches the face value of the bills. While I understand that the hotel may not offer currency exchange services, this policy creates an unnecessary inconvenience for international guests and tourists who simply need smaller bills to tip hotel staff. A luxury brand such as Hard Rock should consider a more guest-friendly solution for situations like this, as it leaves an otherwise exceptional experience on a disappointing note. Aside from this issue, our stay was outstanding, and we truly appreciated the quality of the property, dining, and entertainment.

Totally worth the stay! We had a fantastic time, came from Toronto to London for 3 days - no reason just wanted a little change and it was definitely the ONLY HOTEL STAY on my list after reading up on the different hotels. I wish it was closer, I’d be back way sooner. Rooms large and clean. The gold finishes were a big YES for me in every single room. Luxury was not left out on the decor. I love that!
