It was a little difficult finding where to pull in to get to the entrance of the building to check in. A local gentleman kindly offered his assistance. Everything else was wonderful!

Our room was very clean and we appreciated that it was air conditioned upon our arrival as it was a very hot weekend in the city. The staff were very kind, especially the housekeeper. There was breakfast included in our stay which we did enjoy one morning, and we also appreciated the luggage storage upon our checkout so we could continue to enjoy the city until our flight.

Stay was perfect! Staff was very helpful. Rooms were extremely clean. Parking on site which is always nice. They are ongoing construction right now but it did not affect our stay at all. Location is great also. We were able to walk a lot of places.

Bought last minute tickets to a World Cup game. Got a deal through Expedia for this hotel. Location is superb for the price. Right next to a park for children to play. Couple blocks down from St. Lawrence market which is a MUST to go to. Walkable anywhere downtown Toronto. We walked all the way to BMO field without issue. Even though it was about a 3 mile walk it was very walkable and fun. Parking garage on site is a very nice perk. If you have a vehicle bigger than a Chevy Traverse you won’t be able to use the underground parking FYI. Spots are tight but it’s better than the alternative of finding parking elsewhere. If you can, don’t drive, just walk! Breakfast was also a nice perk since most other hotels don’t offer free breakfast but it’s not exactly the best tasting stuff, edible but for the price (free) it can’t be beat. Rooms were as expected. Staff was friendly and helpful. Even though there was lots of construction on the property it didn’t affect us. Would definitely stay here again next time in Toronto.
