Breakfast buffet was surprisingly good and good value. Buffet seating is varied and very nice. Pleasant staff. Room was fine. I'd stay here again.

Clean and very conveniently located, quiet and well staffed. Food at restaurant (breakfasts and 1 dinner) was above-average for a hotel restaurant. We had booked for 'breakfast included' but this information was not in their files, so we paid daily (for 4 days)....but when we returned home, we found proof of our pre-payment and when contacted by Expedia, they apologized and gave a full refund with no hesitation. This was greatly appreciated. Mistakes happen, and they 'made it right' immediately. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were friendly, very helpful and ensured everything was set up for a wonderful stay. Room was nice and comfortable, really liked the little seating window alcove. Good experience with parking, a bit of a walk from some attractions but quieter area and lots of great a cafes nearby.

The parking price is a little bit expensive but all depends if you are an sportive person or not. We found other options nearby. The best option is 20 minutes of walks, for us was fine because we love walking and seeing the city. There are public transportation and the subway also.

Quick overnighter for a conference - staff were so helpful with a later check in and I got a great corner room with good light. Clean, contemporary design ( lots of plugs and hooks in the room) and j love that. Useful non-gouge prices on the food and snacks in the lobby. Ultra downtown steps from all Ottawa business and tourism things.

The location was ideal with so many restaurants surrounding. The staff were amazing & the restaurant food was delicious and unique! The chocolate cake was so good! It’s the perfect quiet place for couples.

The location is excellent. The hotel situated near Lyon LRT station. It is 10 minutes walking distance from the Parliament. There is a Food basic grocery store around the corner. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom was renovated.

Everything closes early in Ottawa but there are several shops and restaurants nearby and within walking distance. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, especially when it came to storing my luggage while I was in meetings before my flight. The room was wonderful, the bed was so comfy. Incredibly clean and well laid out, they had amazing shower products. Only downside to the room was there weren’t any drawers to unpack my suitcase and they don’t have those folding suitcase racks so I had to leave my suitcase on the floor. The hotel restaurant was amazing, would definitely stay there again.
