Perfect for a family who want a kitchen, full fridge, and laundry in the room! Ample space, perfect location for Old Montreal, easy in and out of building and room!

Our unit was perfect for our family. The only problem was that the kitchen faucet was not on tight and fell off. It was still useable and was called about it the next morning. I highly recommend this place.

This property is in a great location and provided ample space plus privacy. If you read the building entry instructions, it's very easy to follow. Parked in the building across the plaza, which was also easy.

Located right in the heart of Old Montreal, we loved everything about our stay here. The staff were amazing and made us feel right at home. Perfect spot, perfect service—10/10! There is no parking at the hotel but you can find something around

The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Old Montreal, making it so easy to walk everywhere and enjoy the area. The staff were super excellent, incredibly welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire visit. We honestly loved everything about this property and can't wait to come back!

This location is excellent, many walkable cafés nearby. The apartment is secure and quieter than expected. Fantastic to have the use of a full kitchen, much appreciated and is the reason I chose this property.

Luggage rack addition — A luggage rack in the bedroom off the hallway would be very helpful, as there isn’t currently a bureau or other surface for a suitcase. Extension‑cord safety — The extension cord in this same bedroom is a bit of a tripping hazard. Dish‑drying setup — A dish‑drying rack in the kitchen would be useful since guests don’t always use enough dishes to run a dishwasher cycle. An extra dish towel would also be handy. Missing bathmat — There isn’t a bathmat for the bathroom connected to the bedroom off the kitchen. Electrical Outlet — The electrical outlet just outside the kitchen in the hall doesn’t seem to be working.

No amenities at all. No parking or complicated, ended up leaving the car at Place d Ares Hotel valet

Excellent location….centrally located to everything plus magical feel next to Basilica. We rented 3 rooms super apartment….kitchen was nice and bathrooms and rooms. I only found that 1 bedroom didn’t have vent and was warm at night so needed portable fan, which we bought, and the WiFi was very choppy so difficult watching movies. Otherwise everything was great. Highly recommended

Bad start of experience. The property doesn't have a front desk. Usually it's not an issue but since we arrived to the property at 1am, we had to help ourselves to the building (not a real hotel but more of an apartment/condo building) — two doors with different code systems prevent unauthorized people from walking in. From a security standpoint is great, however, the second door didn't work for us, the property's staff was not available for either us (the guests) or even Expedia Support. We had to find another hotel to stay at in the middle of the night, pay $480CAD for a night that we had already paid at the property but were unable to contact anyone until after 30 minutes. The first door worked just as described, but the second door did not work for us after several attempts, until the next morning. We requested Expedia to ask the property for a partial refund and they declined. Crappy experience. Will never go there again, and will stop using Expedia for reservations.
