The price we pay is not worth what we get when you pay for parking in a nearby spot. But, the quality is quite good. Even though there's a stone wall and hardwood floor, the shower was simple yet useful. The bar downstairs has to be open until dawn.

This tiny hotel is conveniently located, near the old Queen City's entrance, and 5 minute's walk to the train station. The check-in process at the hotel across the street went without a hitch. The room was nice and comfortable. Yes, you could hear outside noises and other sounds because it's in an old structure, but nothing kept me up. Very nice touch with coffee maker, mini fridge, nice glasses and linen. Note that there are no elevators, so mobility is not recommended. I will without a doubt stay here again.

The room was lovely and spacious, and also had a very high ceiling. In terms of cleanliness, everything was clean, and it was very central. Beware, though, because the hotel is located above a very noisy tavern. Speakers outside the tavern play music until asked to turn off and they have a license to play music inside until dawn. It might not bother you if you want to stay out late, but most of the rooms make it difficult to sleep because the bass and drums are so audible. I cannot recommend it.

Vieux Queen has some old hotel properties, but this one was pretty good. It's closer to the port, but still within walking distance of the old town. Maybe 20 minutes walk to Chateau Frontenac. It has a small patio out front and a pubrestaurant on the other side of the hotel. It's on a corner with views of the port. Spacious room, clean and somewhat contemporary decor. Bathroom was a good size. There is no elevator, so you have to lug your suitcase up the stairs yourself. I really liked it. Close to many shops and restaurants.
