We very much enjoyed our stay at Hotel Clarendon. Our room & the hotel in general were kept spotless, beautiful modern bathroom in the rooms, & most of all, the entire staff was extremely polite, friendly, helpful, courteous, etc. We had breakfast every morning in the hotel restaurant. Food was excellent & again, staff was awesome!

Clarendon is the oldest hotel in old Quebec City, but you would never know it! Everything has been maintained to very high standards and the staff is A+. Well worth it. Would stay again and highly recommend.

It is close to everything in town! The place was under innovation, and some of the amenities were not available when we were there. That is why I gave it a 4 star. The concierge was very helpful, even helped us make reservations for The Clan, when I wasn’t able to do it on line. They are very dedicated to make sure all guests are taken care of!

We stayed at the Fairmont Frontenac, but couldn't get a room for the final night we planned to stay in Quebec. We moved to the Clarendon, one block away, expecting to feel let down. Instead, we found the hotel we will stay in when we're next back in Quebec City. The Clarendon was very comfortable with a nicer bath than in the first hotel. Employees assisted us to have a taxi for our trip to the airport. At one-third the cost of the Frontenac, it offers the same access to surrounding sites and restaurants.

The staff at the Hotel Clarendon went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. From dinner suggestions to booking tours as well as helping out when a member of our party had a medical issue they were terrific. We highly recommend this hotel and we will be back!

Very nice hotel located in the heart of Quebec City within a 5 to 10 minute walk to most attractions, shopping and restaurants in quebec city. Excellent bar and restaurant in the hotel with much live music. Rooms are nicely maintained with modern showers, a mini fridge and large lcd tv. 5 minutes to the funicular, the Frontenac , Rue St Jean with its many shops and restaurants. Valet parking suggested.

Location was great just few walks and you’re right at the main attraction. ( Le Chateau Frontenac) Breakfast —— not a huge fan. Check in at 4pm but we were there at 10am, they kept our baggage and park our car. Great place to stay . Staffs are very attentive of what you need and very pleasant .
