Sehr gute Lage. Sauber und alles was man braucht. Das Frühstück war excellent und gerade die Organisation vor Ort war top. Man wurde direkt an einen freien Tisch vom Personal gebracht. Kleiner Kritikpunkt wir haben beim Hotel ein Taxi bestellt. Wir wurden allerdings von einem LimousinenService zum Flughafen gebracht, was trotz Hotel Rabatt deutlich teurer als ein normales Taxi war. War zwar nobel, aber wir fühlten uns leicht abgezockt. In Summe aber sehr zu empfehlen das Hotel.

Very clean central hotel with excellent accommodating staff. The room was spotless although small but served purposes. The elevator waiting for breakfast took a little bit of time but the breakfast was fantastic. Highly recommend this hotel.

Tout était parfait! Le staff, la chambre, le déjeuner, la localisation…tout! Le seul et unique point négatif a été l’ascenseur. Seulement 3 pour 23 étages avec un qui ne fonctionnait pas, ça a rendu difficile les déplacements à l’intérieur de l’hôtel plus compliqué! Avec des heures restreintes pour le dejeuner tout le monde se déplace aux mêmes heures!

Excellent staff, location and room. Breakfast buffet is fairly decent (better than a continental) and the chef was present and lovely every morning. Great little bistro on site which was a lifesaver for a kiddo who got hungry right before bed, and was very reasonably priced. For the room - straightforward layout but appreciated that the toilet was separated from the shower. Elevators were brutally slow - my only complaint, but honestly this location can’t really be beat - super walkable to a ton of restaurants, Roger’s center / Rickey’s / CN tower, and the shopping district and to top it off with absolutely lovely staff from the doorman to the servers is the chefs kiss. Would definitely return here.

The breakfast is my favourite experience of my stay amongst other things. The aroma that greets you the moment you step into the foyer is to die for and the lobby is welcoming although small. The security is great, you cannot use the elevators without your room key. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Super clean hotel, lobby, and surrounding areas. Free breakfast was amazing with lots and lots of choices. Staff were super friendly and always greet you. They even let us check in early and hold our bags. Would definitely come again and recommend to anyone!
