Loved the staff.The room was clean and comfortable however tv didn't work the first night.I also recommend having a vending machine for drinks 😀

Very charming hotel right in the heart of Old Quebec. We were greeted warmly upon arrival and given helpful info about the hotel and the facilities. Our room was spacious and well appointed, with a city view. We were able to walk to dining, shopping, tourist activities, and great people watching spots. Having never been to France, I was treated to a world that transported me to the closest version in North America, Well worth the time for a visit.

Charming hotel, perfect location in old city. Walkable to all of the Old City. Friendly staff, good breakfast, easy parking (reserve ahead), elevator and good AC - all of which can be hard to find in older city areas!

This hotel was wonderful! 1/2 a block off the main street, so quiet at night, but a 5 minute walk to all the main shops and restaurants. The room was very spacious, and bed very comfortable. The only slight drawback was the TV was a bit small if you lay in bed and watch. The front desk was very amiable, and the free coffee offered every morning was a nice added feature. They were very accommodating regarding parking my SUV in their lot rather than using a remote one. I would definitely return to this property on my next visit to Old Q

Clean, quiet rooms; helpful and friendly staff. Would not recommend the breakfast. There’s plenty of great places for breakfast nearby.

This property is a gem. We enjoyed the close proximity to Notre Dame Basilica, Old Quebec City, parking offered at the hotel for a fee and the helpful staff. Ask for your room to be made up each day and it will be done.

Staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel is in the old Quebec part and walking distance from all attractions. There is a Nespresso and the bed was comfortable. The room was small but clean. Parking can be freaky with a large vehicle.

Great hotel... location was great, check-in was quick and very helpful finding dinner locations.... Big plus: 1.PARKING ON THE PREMISES,no walking blocks lugging your bags... 2. They have an ELEVATOR!!!! No climbing steps with your bags. 3. The women at the desk were very helpful... each night they suggested restaurants... Perfect choices...

It is a very nice hotel, in a good location for old Québec city, the room was very pleasant, the bed was comfortable, the bath plug didn't stay down and there was no kettle to make tea, there was a nice Nespresso coffee machine in the room. Breakfast was good, a nice buffet style, I would recommend the hotel.

The location was excellent and the rooms were very quiet too! The morning buffet (open from 7:00-10:00a.m.) was good and kept us full for a few hours while we explored the beauty of Old Quebec!
