This is a very lovely hotel with an old world feel that matches the surrounding area. Our room was beautifully decorated and very quiet. The parlor is so easy to spend time in reading or just visiting with friends or family. The nearby restaurants were all very delicious! We would definitely stay there again.

I like that the respond time to my concern and issue are very quick! The room is nice and quiet. It is NOT convenient if you arrive early and want to put your stuff there for a short period of time because there is no one guarding it.

Our hotel room was awesome with the extra side sitting room and decor. The hotel was very close to lots of restaurants and shops as well as fun Quebec sites. The staff was excellent in responding to any questions very quickly. The only downside is lack and hard to find parking but that is the norm in Quebec. Fortunately the staff gave us several suggestions along with addresses. Would very highly recommend this hotel!

If you'd looking for an easy check in, no fuss, but fantastic hotel in the heart of Old Quebec City, this is it. No staff on site, but you can connect quickly with someone if needed. Beautiful historical building does not disappoint!

Great hotel! The rooms are amazing and well appointed. There is no front desk - not that one is needed - but there was some confusion as to whether a deposit was needed (it wasn’t). The hotel sends out some form emails that can create confusion. Luckily it all worked out. The paid parking (an Expedia perk) turned out to be impossible since the hotel has something like 5 parking spots! So parking a the closest lot was 22$ at our own cost which wasn’t too impressive given the hype about getting a perk. But overall this is still a very nice hotel.

Great hotel in the heart of Old Quebec. Can’t beat the location. Cool antique interior. We stayed 2 nights, the room was small (as expected) but we didn’t spend much time inside. The bed was comfortable, My only minor complaints are that our Nespresso pods weren’t refilled when they cleaned the room- there was only decaf left, including in the kitchen downstairs which was stocked with “extras”. The chair and one of the lamp shades in our room were badly water stained, and the mirrors were crooked.

Hotel in excellent location. Staff were great. Not on premises however they texted quickly when we needed something. Issue with parking overcharge and they refunded immediately. I would for sure stay again.
