We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect—just a short walk from Château Frontenac and all the beautiful streets of Old Québec. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Everything was convenient, and we truly enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again.

We loved this hotel. The location was amazing - we could walk to everything. Very clean, very friendly and comfortable. Just a couple notes of suggestion - nothing that takes away from five stars, but just a few small annoyances. Our room had a king bed and a murphy bed. The murphy bed was comfortable, BUT there is a large gap between the mattress and the wall. I had to request extra pillows to stuff down in the gap in order to lean back on a couple additional pillows to read or watch tv. Maybe the hotel could come up with something to put in the room that could be used to fill that gap. Also, the wine dispenser was a neat idea, but there were no prices and I am quite certain the pours were less than the ounces claimed. Likewise it was not clear whether the breakfast was extra or included - no pricing anywhere. I would have liked Netflix or Hulu as streaming options instead of Amazon Prime which has a much more limited selection. Again, these are minor inconveniences, and we would stay there again any time!

We loved the location and value of this hotel in Old Quebec City! It was the perfect spot to explore shops, sites, and restaurants. Be ready to get your steps in—lots of hills and things to do. This hotel is clean and modern; we enjoyed a deluxe king river view room. Perfect! It was very walkable to parks, the Dufferin Terrace boardwalk, iconic Chateau Frontenac, and the stairs or funicular down to the Petit Champlain shops and restaurants (a must). We had a car and also enjoyed an easy ride out to Montmerency Falls and a winery and chocolatier rural area called Ile d’Orleans. So quaint. We will be back.

The front stairs are challenging so be sure to use back entrance Location is excellent with the park across from hotel and walkable to all the sites. Staff are exceptional! We ordered in dinner and ate on the terrace which was phenomenal! We found the breakfast to be overpriced and lacking so only had one breakfast. The hotel was a welcome respite after a long day of sightseeing….great beds and quiet! Our party of 5 highly recommend the hotel!

The exterior remains at its old and original look but the inside is completely renovated to modern style. They have a small gym and a spa/hot pool. Unfortunately we did not bring the suitable gear to use it.
