First, the positives: First, we escaped, and second, we arrived late and had to ring a bell for service after around five minutes a guy arrived at 1300 a. M. Now the negatives, many semi-permanent residents are clearly staying here for long periods. So a lot of sketchy activity at 12:30 a. M. Two rats began to crawl underneath the car we parked next to the outside play area. Before they scared my kids, I intimidated them. They scurried into the building directly across the stairs to the second story. After passing some drug supplies in the stairwell, we quickly dove into room 25, the family suite! The floor was sticky, the bathroom was outdated and could have been cleaned better. The bathroom's faucet was not properly hung to the counter, and the back window didn't close or lock properly. We slept on top of the covers with one eye open. Thankfully, the kids woke up early and decided to leave after only 6 hours here. Very thankful we escaped, but this place is sketchy and I will do my research better the next time and gladly pay more to stay somewhere else. We won't be going back.

We arrived at the property where I assume most rooms are rented by the week/month since a U-Haul was filling the parking lot with a whole apartments worth of belongings. The play area had half dressed kids who obviously played there daily by the amt of toys. Our room had a pullout bed with no pillows or blanket. There were 3 of us but we only had 2 towels which were dirty. There were holes in the walls and out widows both looked out onto a brick wall. We asked for towels but didn't get any. The pillow they finally brought was a 12 inch square accent pillow in a pillow case. The a/c worked great but the heater was stuck on and too rusted to turn off but had a plastic something shoved in it so all we smelled was burning plastic. Everytime we opened our door, others from the parking lot would wander right over to look in our room . When we left to our football game, we took all our belongings with us.

The front desk staff was pretty much the only good thing about the stay. The knob to flush the toilet was broken. The hot water wouldn’t come on for a while. The bed was decent. The clientele staying there were awful. Seems like a lot of druggies there.yelling and screaming at each other all night. Wouldn’t recommend staying there unless you’re a male by yourself and everything else is sold out.
