I was thoroughly impressed with my stay! The room was spotless from the moment I walked in, which is always my top priority. What really set this hotel apart, though, was how incredibly well-stocked the room was. They truly had everything I needed—including a few essentials I had completely forgotten to pack.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights with another family, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. Our first room had a bathroom exhaust fan that wasn’t working. The next day, we were moved to another room, but that room had a noisy bathtub that made loud sounds whenever it was used. We also requested housekeeping before leaving for the day and informed the front desk in advance. However, we were told that no housekeeping staff was available and that the rooms are not serviced every day. As a result, our room was not cleaned during our two-night stay. The overall cleanliness was only average and could definitely be improved. Another issue was that our two families were assigned rooms on different floors. During check-in, the receptionist told us to ask the next day because they expected rooms together to become available. However, when we asked the following day, a different receptionist told us they could not move us unless there was a problem with one of the rooms. We were disappointed because we wanted to stay on the same floor as our family, and we had been given different information at check-in. Overall, the stay did not meet our expectations due to the maintenance issues, lack of housekeeping, inconsistent communication, and room allocation. We hope the hotel improves these areas for future guests.

Je n’ai pas déjeuner mais j’ai souper et c’était excellent Je vais retourner à cette hôtel c’est un bon rapport qualité/prix. Les points négatifs sont, que le cadran et pas à l’heure dans la chambre, la climatisation était beaucoup trop forte fallait fermer car il faisait 18 degrés quand je suis entrée et il manque aussi de détails ( bonnet de douche,crème petits échantillons quand nous sommes à l’étranger)

I stayed at the hotel for one night and was very pleased with the overall experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the room was clean and well maintained. There was some confusion regarding breakfast, as I was under the impression that it was included with my stay. Additionally, I encountered an issue when the battery in my room door lock stopped working. As a result, I was unable to access my room and had to wait approximately 35 minutes for the battery to be replaced. Fortunately, I was not on a tight schedule, but the delay was somewhat inconvenient. Despite these issues, the hotel’s location was convenient, and I enjoyed the atmosphere. Overall, I had a positive stay and would consider returning in the future.

La chambre était parfaite. C’est possible de régler la température au degré désiré, tout était propre. Le buffet déjeuner le matin était très bon. Insonorisation est bien malgré que l’hôtel est collé sur l’autoroute. Le personnel est courtois et souriants.
