The room was large and lovely. The view of the lake amazing and the restaurant had really good food. Bonus we could charge our Tesla

The room was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The staff was extremely friendly and offered a free upgrade to a lake view room which was a pleasant surprise and very much appreciated. Having a restaurant in the hotel was very convenient making it easy to enjoy dinner without having to drive somewhere else. Highly recommend for your stay in Kaslo!

A/C effective. Parking limited but OK. Very clean. Our single disappointment was we were not allowed access to the balcony right outside our room. We had a locked door to it but our key didn't work. Front desk just told us we were not allowed to use it but gave no excuse.

My wife is a light sleeper, so she wakes up if things are not quiet or if there's too much light in the room. Kaslo Hotel is a very solid, quiet building. She slept like a baby.

The room and deck overlooking the water had perfect views. Room and deck were large and comfortable. I appreciated the table and chairs on the deck and spent peaceful mornings there each day. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food in the dining room was delicious!

It is so unique. This hotel is full of charm and character. The dining experience was great. We did have an issue with just one of the front staff - poor attitude and unfulfilled reso transaction, but Frank was able to remedy to our great satisfaction.

The Kaslo Hotel has been nicely restored. The rooms are well appointed. The Staff are very friendly. We stayed in room 210, and were a bit startled with the sound of the elevator rumbling near our room. but since there weren't a lot of folks using the elevator, it wasn't really a big issue. Asking for rooms on the river side might eliminate that issue. Other than that, our room had a nice balcony and was very nice.

Kaslo Hotel was excellent…it far exceeded our expectations. It was charming, with beautiful views of the water and the room was so large and comfortable. We loved having coffee on our deck in the morning. Great place…I wish we were staying longer.
