Beautiful property. The staff was beyond friendly, helpful and accommodating. The pool was very clean and most welcome on our very hot vacation. Can't wait for our next stay.

Really enjoyed our stay at Kings Inn! It was central to the Falls and the rest of the city, and we felt super safe in and around the inn. Facilities were as described, and staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Would come back for sure.

The property was in a fantastic location! Having on-site parking was incredibly convenient, and the pool was absolutely spotless. The Property Manager, Dave, was wonderful. He provided excellent recommendations on how to navigate the area and where to eat. Our only minor feedback is that a second bathroom would be a great addition. With six ladies getting ready, it got a bit busy at times! However, other than that, everything was great, and I would absolutely stay here again.

Rigtig fint hotel. Man kan gå til alt og når man vil sove ro så slipper man for alt larmen fra “byen” Dave i receptionen er fantastisk og poolen er god til at slappe af ved.

The pool and property are well maintained and still closed to all falls amenities. Also the Italian café and Italian restaurant were a plus

Nice place. Clean room. Good air conditioner Friendly and knowledgable staff. The only complaint, and not really the fault of the motel, there were alot of smokers and they sat outside their rooms smoking. We as non-smokers did not appreciate it.

Very clean room. Accommodating staff, pool is being cleaned daily and free parking is a great deal. We will be coming back here when we go back to Niagara.

Appears to be an older property. We were pleased how clean it was with an updated bathroom. The area outside had chairs where people coukd smoke. We experienced no smoke inside the room. Fantastic
