The rooms were new and clean, nicely designed with walk in shower. Breakfast was on the 5th floor with a view, the breakfast had everything you would want.

Very clean and modern room. Excellent breakfast with eggs, sausage, waffles, and coffee. Friendly staff and great value. The only drawback is that it's about a 20–30 minute drive to downtown and the waterfront. Overall, a great stay.

From a Wheelchair Accessibility perspective they have probably the best room in Kelowna. The bathroom is large. Toilet is good height with bars. Sink is roll under. The roll in shower is perfect. Bench flips out of the wall and is perfect height. The placement of the shower head, shampoo etc and bars are all perfect. And the price was more than reasonable. 2 wheelchair parking spots right by the door. The ramp getting into the lobby is fairly steep leading to an automatic sliding door that opens in time but it feels a little sketchy because to get up the ramp you need some speed and if the door did not open for whatever reason it would make for a potential ass over tea kettle tip backwards situation. That and just having 1 elevator that everyone including staff uses would be my only demerits

We stayed in a QQ room and it is very spacious with very comfortable bed. The whole hotel (room, lobby, breakfast area) is very clean. The staff are all nice and friendly.

We have come to expect that hotel beds are just “meh”. We were blown away by how comfortable the beds here were! I have cancelled bookings at other properties for future stays in Kelowna and booked here specifically for the comfort of the beds!!

It was a fantastic experience. There was easy access to all of the bathroom features. Grab bars in the shower, and great accessable features. Location was easy to access, and close enough to most amenities.

Very spacious family room. Clean hotel! Breakfast is busy and it's a smaller space. Pool doesn't open until 10 am a bit earlier would have been nice. Overall great stay.

Nice clean Hotel, It was quiet at night, lots of parking. Only concern was the location is close to the homeless, but they weren't visible breakfast was okay

The rooms are well laid out with storage and plugs. The beds are super comfortable. Only issues, parking is around back with no back door access which would be handy for check in as there is no loading zone. Other issue was the dining/ food hall. Feels like a dorm. It was super busy and hard to get into the flood stations… no seating available when I got there so one family made room for me. That being said, I’d stay again as the rooms themselves were excellent.
