The loft was exceptional. Spacious and in the perfect location right in the old town. We stayed with our dog. There are quite a few stairs and no elevator, but that didn’t bother us.

The Lofts are located in a separate building from the main hotel and the unit we stayed in was a walk-up. So be prepared for stairs! The loft was fantastic and offered great street views of Old Montreal. The Loft was spacious, clean, comfortable, and a great place to stay. We were only 59 steps (down) to the street and it was so great to have all that access to Old Montreal. Highly recommended! Hotel and Valet staff were highly helpful and responsive too. This is a great option for staying in Montreal!

We stayed at Lofts du Vieux-Port from Monday to Thursday and had an amazing experience. The loft was beautiful, spacious, clean, and had so much character — the perfect mix of historic Old Montreal charm and modern comfort. The location was incredible, right in the heart of Old Montreal and close to restaurants, cafés, the waterfront, and everything we wanted to explore. It really felt like a home away from home, which is exactly what made our stay so special. The staff were welcoming, professional, and helpful from start to finish. My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back. Highly recommend Lofts du Vieux-Port to anyone visiting Montreal!

The loft that we stayed in was very nice and spacious. Little noisey at night but that didn't effect our sleep. Everything was great about the property, would highly recommend.

Such a great property and find. We were in room 708, 4th floor (top level). It was a corner room, very spacious. Couch, bed, small kitchen and bathroom. Such a comfortable bed which can be rare. One of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Check-in was so easy and fast, nicest front desk people and they carried our luggage up to the room. Please note that there is no elevator but we knew that going in as it’s clearly listed in the property description. Good way to work off the poutine, bagels and crepes we had 😎✌️.

The staff was top notch. Every single person that was we had contact with was extremely pleasant and helpful. We had an issue at home and had to depart early. The hotel management worked with us to change our already booked and paid for reservations. Not only did they accommodate us on the rebooking they also sent us a personalized card of symphony for our situation. Not only can I speak highly of the staff but I can say that the Loft accommodations were superb and far exceeded my expectations. I would and definitely will stay in the same location on my next visit to Montreal.

We arrived earlier than check in time expecting to leave our bags and enjoy the city before being able to access our room, however, we were lucky that 1) our room was ready and 2) they gave us an upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment loft! We were thrilled! It was on the 6th floor, but we quite enjoyed the exercise, so it worked out for us. The front desk, restaurant staff, valets, and everyone were so incredibly thoughtful. The location is right in a pedestrian area with shopping, food, and the water right nearby making it ideal for travelers like us who were unfamiliar with Montreal. The room was spacious (it had a skylight!), had super comfy beds, plenty of storage space, a living room, kitchen, and an amazing shower. The neighbors on my side of the unit were loud and arrived home at 4 am-ish, but I always travel with earplugs, so it wasn't an issue for me. The other bedroom did not get any noise from neighbors. The lofts do get street noise, but not enough to be a problem in my opinion, just enough to feel the city vibes.
