Overall the place was good considering the price relative to the location. There were a few cleanliness/ appearance issues where it did not quite match the photos in the posting. The bedroom door also didn't close, which would have been ideal since one guest was sleeping on the sofa-bed and the other in the bedroom. The listing also said there would be a hair dryer available, which there wasn't, but thankfully was not staying for a longer period of time where it would have been needed - we just made due. The location and ease of entry were great!

The unit was bright and clean, and perfect size before the two of us with room to spare. There were a few things within the unit that were broke however, upon arrival. Also a few missing items that would have made our stay a little easier, frying pan, face cloths Etc. Overall very happy with the unit and communication back and forth with management was very easy and fast.

First off, this is not a hotel in any sense. This is a condo rental. When I booked it, Expedia had it listed as the "Maple Square Hotel". I see it is now Maple Leaf Square. So I felt a bit misled right out of the gate. There is no front desk or staff to talk to other than some uninterested security guards. Although, the person I messaged about some issues did respond very quickly and offered to help. The location was great and had a great view of the city and even the lake. The walk to the waterfront and the main train station are both only a few minutes which made getting around the city easy. And there is a grocery store across the street. The unit and the building looked pretty good and was very clean and it seemed pretty safe. And it was nice to have a washer and dryer. The bed was a big letdown though and quite literally falling apart. That, along with many other maintenance details should have been taken care of beforehand. Overall, it was just OK in my opinion, not bad, but could be great. It was one of the least expensive options in the middle of downtown. So I guess I should have expected as such.
