The breakfast that is included with the accommodation is very nice, as they served a hot breakfast with bacon and eggs. The room itself is quite big and clean.

What a view! Our floor balcony with two chairs looked out over the town and Lawrence River. This motel is located on a hill overlooking the region. room very spacious. There was a slight language barrier between reception staff, but we did fine. We were in room 106, and if you are in this room, there is a gym with a few pieces of equipment across the hall. Air conditioned room with comfy bed. The town is very quaint, with a small boardwalk and the ability to access the beach if the tide allows. Found quite a few beach glass, which was fairly scarce in other locations we stopped at during our east coast trip. There are a few restaurants in town, but we didn't try them. However, one is on the waterfront, and one is in the hotel. Breakfast is not included in the room rate.

The rooms were nice, we were told, but unfortunately they were all booked. After staying in another motel nearby, we stopped for breakfast. And I love the service. The view from the dining room was great with a view of the lake. Lawrence and her sheep on the hillside next to it!.

The view of the gulf from the hotel's floor and window is spectacular, but it doesn't deserve an average rating. Our room 212 had a soiled carpet, a brusque smell, and a broken fridge. The mattress was comfortable. The restroom was clean, equipped with typical travel shampoo and soap. The hotel's exterior appearance is a little frightening, with noticeable signs of unmaintained structures. This place is conveniently located. The proprietors should invest in the structure. It is in a great position. We paid 129 dollars, a price that cannot be paid during the queen construction holiday period. If not, this should not go more than $95.
