We had a tower premium two queen suite overlooking the Falls. We had the 17th floor and our daughter and family had the 14th floor. Both were fantastic. Well worth the extra dollars. Beautiful view of both horseshoe and American Falls. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Niagara Falls. It was great!

Hotel has a great view to the falls if you stay in a room with fall view. The staff was excellent, great customer service. It’s also located in a great location.

I've stayed here twice. The proximity to the Falls is amazing and I've always booked the Fallsview rooms. The view is truly amazing. Proximity to everything is great. The only downfall I see is the parking lot is not big so if you don't get in early you'll be looking.

The check in staff was very helpful. Had an early check in which normally has a $25 fee which they waved.

This vacation was perfect. Love the fact that the elevator car that takes you from the top of the street where we were staying took us right down to the main falls area for $4 each. That elevator was directly behind the hotel a 2 min walk. Mohamed was amazing at front desk. He was very helpful gave us a great room. Paying for parking SUCKS but APPARENTLY all hotels does that in the area? The pick of restaurants in the area are super great. We will come back again! Thank you Mohamed happy pride!

It is well worth spending the extra money and get a room above the 15th floor for a perfect view of the Falls. Be prepared to wait in line for check-in. We even got there early and it took at least a half an hour to get up to the desk to check in because the line was long and they had three people working. There are plenty of restaurants to pick from right in the area and there is an all you can eat breakfast restaurant right across the street. Also know you have to take the tram/ gondola down to the lookout because there are no steps to get there unless you walk clear around several hotels. I think that I would give four and a half stars but not an option, and that one star less were was for the long wait time at check-in.

The room was very clean, the staff was welcoming and accommodating best staff I have encountered within the hospitality industry thus far. I would stay at The Oakes again upon my return to the Falls.
