Love this place - great staff, big rooms, and I love the bar (but gotta say was very loud with a game on last time there, which over the years had never run into - had to go outside of the hotel to grab a bite to eat). That said, will come back as that was the first time we ran into that. Daily Ritual has solid coffee and matcha, a big menu for a small spot, and the service is always friendly and quick. King streetcar out the front door is super handy, especially if you are going to the theatre or a Jays game. I like the LCBO and Rexall near as well, plus, of course, the Eaton Centre just a few steps down the road. Great home base on lower Yonge Street!

Beautiful hotel! Rooms were clean and so quiet! The Daily Ritual Café attached to the hotel was great as well - fast friendly service and tasty food and drinks to help wake you up in the morning!

I had a wonderful stay! The suite, located in the old building, was spotless and spacious! It’s in a great location near Union station and all the downtown, making it easy to get around. I highly recommend it!

The security guard was very nice, along with the rest of the desk staff. The valet drivers are efficient and do their job very well. The bar had a great atmosphere at nighttime and in the morning had breakfast, there is a cafe connected right to the hotel next to the bar. Great place to grab a great coffee. Gym was clean, room was very clean aswell. Great view

Location was great, right on subway and streetcar lines with direct access to The Path. Loved the historic lobby area and the attached coffee shop was great (try the almond croissant). Only minor issue was that the room temperature was a little warm and the A/C system didn’t seem to be strong enough to keep up, although surprisingly we were able to open a small window in the room and that helped a lot over night when the temperature outside dropped (not sure what it would be like in the sweltering summer months though). We were also offered early check-in (like 5 hours early) for what we felt was a very reasonable fee. Overall I would stay here again in a minute, especially in the cooler months.
