This is a student residence, not a full-on hotel. The beds are singles and there are two small en-suite rooms in the "apartment" setting. The location is great (near TTC Subway Station and Streetcar access). Not a particularly noisy part of Toronto. On-site dining at the cafeteria (reeeeeally good food!!) was convenient. Everything in the description matched what was offered. If you are looking for a hotel experience, pay the higher price. This place (for the cost) is very efficient and convenient.

It was perfect for family traveling. Location is great and close to station and street cars. Food were great and kitchen staff was friendly and helpful. Facility is secure and my family felt safe. No issues at night. Front desk staff was very helful and gave us directions and advises. Amenities are great. There are table tennis table and pool table. My family have a comfortable stay and enjoyed the time in the residence. Thank you.

Solo parent traveling with a teen, the 'two bedroom apt' was absolutely perfect for us. Rooms are no frills and clean. All meals are included, food was plentiful and very good, and the coffee was excellent. Staff very helpful and kind. We visit Toronto regularly, and wouldn't hesitate to stay again during the summer session.

the breakfast was excellent. loved the hotel room too. very clean rooms and bathroom amenities (to keep) were also provided. 100% would go back and also recommend to other travellers who would like to stay in downtown at an affordable price point. all inclusive, comfortable and safe.

Honestly really nice place, it definitely felt like a student dorm but a good one! And like all the other reviews: the breakfast was amazing!!! HUGE university style buffet.

Front desk staff is really rude, very unprofessional but it’s worth the stay and you only have to talk to them twice, hopefully. Place is awesome, affordable and in a really great location. The complimentary breakfast is amazing! Legit. Stayed in a suite with private bathroom on the third floor. It was really clean and quiet. Easy temp control. Probably would not stay on the third floor again, there is a communal balcony and dudes were throwing frisbees that hit our window and kept looking in. So that was weird and uncomfortable but the blinds pull down and it was only one night. Overall, will stay there again for sure!
