This was a great hotel. But, when booking and also when driving to it, be totally aware that there are at least 2 other Pinnacle hotels just across the bay in Vancouver. We thought we had booked the right one, to obviously find out our hotel was across from downtown Vancouver. This was a blessing in the end as with fifa on, we could easily walk to the seabus terminal to get over to the games. Our king room was clean, spacious, very comfortable and the shower in the bathroom was powerful. We had breakfast twice during our stay in the hotel and it was fabulous. I would recommend adding that onto your stay. Parking was good for Vancouver rates, but you do pay for each night. The parking is underground so I felt safer leaving my vehicle there. There are plenty of shops and restaurants easily walkable from the hotel. The staff were all friendly, outgoing and helpful. I would fully recommend travellers to book this hotel and we definitely will be back in the future!

We absolutely loved this hotel. The view is unbelievable( make sure you request harbor view). There were a couple special goodies; we got 20% off in restaurant for one meal ( Expedia perk), and also my husband went down early one morning and he came back with a plate of pastries and some orange juice- what a nice surprise and I guess it's offered most mornings?? Not sure. The keurig coffee in room is Starbucks Verona ( so good) . Also the housekeeping staff was excellent. Every day they came in and upped supplies. They work so hard. Parking was close and we were right across from Lonsdale quay. We loved it. In fact there was nothing we can suggest; we lived all of it. We used pool gym and hot tub- all kept up nicely. We'll be back you can count on it!!!
