First of all, AWESOME location a block or two from Clifton Hill (Clifton hill is like an open carnival). Skylon tower is just about a block and a half away. Breakfast was good. Typical but it was enough for us. Rooms were clean and modern. I would suggest that you ask for a first floor room if you have children or a second floor room if you don’t want to hear kids above as the sound travels through the floors pretty well. Pool was perfect as we were traveling with grandchildren. Awesome location. Would definitely stay again. Staff was super-friendly and helpful.

Everything was 10/10. The only thing is the small parking lot, but found spaces most of times.

The rooms were very clean and smelled great. They also have a non smoking policy in the rooms. Breakfast was very basic but the service was great and the dining area was well maintained. This location is very central to activities if you’re traveling with kids that you could basically walk to the attractions. The staff was very welcoming and ensured that we enjoyed our stay. Room service is available on request and they did a great job refreshing our room. Highly recommend this for guests

There really isn't much I can say about this hotel that would be negative. Our room was bright, clean and fresh when we arrived. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The included self-serve breakfast was exactly what we were looking for, for our stay. The ONLY 2 things we would note were that our bathroom fan could be a little noisy and the tub spout needed to be tightened. Both SUPER minor. We told the front desk. They said they could send someone up to take a look. We said it was fine for our stay. We were thanked for telling them and they said they would fix them upon our departure. The only thing that I was not a fan of at this hotel (which is a thing at ALL hotels in Niagra Falls) was having to pay an additional $20/day to park our car in the hotel parking lot, where we were staying. I had seen information on this prior to our trip, so I was aware and prepared for it.

The hotel’s location is close to Clifton Hill where restaurants and souvenir shops are located. It is walkable to the falls. They charge 20 CAD for parking which should be free for those staying at the hotel. Hotel’s clean and family friendly.

I thought it was in the perfect spot in Niagara Falls, lots to see and do along Ferry Street and a short walk down the hill to the falls, and at night they have fireworks and colour lights on the falls. i would go back to that hotel again.
