This is a decent place to stay in Timmons. The motel was clean and the staff were attentive. The breakfast provided was tasty, fresh and nutritious. The location was close to many restaurants and plazas, but away from the downtown area.

The location is strategic and it can be reached easily from many places. This is an excellent place to stay if you have a dog. We found a large parking area and a perfect place to walk the dog. The employees are very nice and helpful.

I was driven across the province for the Thanksgiving weekend by making a reservation on October 2nd for October 1. We've remained here a few times in the past. When we arrived, they changed their pet policy from pet friendly on October 1st, so we were forced to leave after driving all day. Not satisfied, will never recommend it. Thankfully, we stayed at the Holiday Inn, which was far better and served a better meal than our reservation at the Armada. So far, everything has been fantastic.

Throughout this place, the comfort level was amazing, especially for the dogs that were being taken care of by the staff. Very clean, definitely a must visit place to stay. It's great that they were accommodating to our dog. All in all, great hygiene with good cleanliness! Also, very pet-friendly and very much appreciated. There is easy access from all points.
