Property was very clean and modern. Love the convenience of the kitchenette. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub during our stay. We'd definitely stay they again and recommend!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived earlier than check in time. They stored our bags for us so we could go sight seeing and called us when our room was ready. Room was a great size and very clean. We loved having a kitchenette. Large varitey of options for breakfast and everything tasted great.

een goed hotel en goed gelegen. ontbijt kan uitgebreider, enkel eerste dag croissants, geen frans brood/baguette, soms wel en soms geen wafels, omelet aanwezig met ofwel ham ofwel worstjes, niet beiden en ook geen spek.

We flew in hours before our check in time and they accommodated us with no problem at all. The suite was nice and well equipped. Hotel is walking distance to everything including the sunset beach and David Lam park. Breakfast was good. I wish there was a little more choices but it was good nonetheless. I highly recommend and will definitely book a room there again if I make another trip in Vancouver

Well positioned to False Creek south the art gallery north west along Davie for choices of restaurants and the breakfast at the hotel offers something for everyone with variety but I would say for an extended stay one would appreciate a change up from the same scrambled eggs every morning. All told … good job.

Breakfast was wonderful with a great selection of food options both hot and cold to suit everyone's taste. We stayed for 5 nights and were able to try out the laundry facilities and we were impressed with the cleanliness, book selection offered and location within the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel for its location, breakfast, pool and staff.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Excellent location with a wonderful 24hr bakery down the street and bus stops nearby. It was also easy to walk to the waterfront and anywhere else downtown. The breakfast was great (fantastic coffee!) and the pool and hot tub were the cherry on top. My only complaint was I called ahead of checking in to ask whether the area was hilly. The clerk claimed the area was flat. She wasn’t correct though. It’s true that the area isn’t steep, but there are inclines. If someone is dressed up, as I needed to be for the conference I attended, they might want to give themselves enough time to cool down if they walk.

Breakfast was amazing. They had plenty of choices and kept the food supplied so we didn’t have to rush as they did not run out of food. The staff were so friendly. Even when in the elevator with them they always told us to have a nice day. I do wish room cleanings happened daily rather than every other day (although every second day seems standard practice now.) We had to request more TP twice during our stay. Would be nice if they put more than one spare roll in the bathroom.
