Staff was amazing. Had a little issue with the air conditioner and moved us promptly. Beds are comfortable and the rooms a clean. T.V.'s are a bit of an issue sometimes. But, overall great.

Lovely staff & clean rooms, a great base from which to enjoy the areas around Ottawa. We’ll be back to Rockland.

Wonderful Service! This Inn is clean with comfortable beds and great showers. The staff is absolutely terrific, particularly Thea, who is genuinely kind and sensitive to guests’ needs. Thea went out of her way twice to help us. Upon check-in, the Netflix on our TV wasn’t working. Thea came to our room, personally called the service company, and got Netflix going in no time! When we arrived home two days later, I realized I had left my beloved raincoat (great sentimental value) in the room. When I called to inquire about it, Thea answered the phone and assured me it was no problem for Rockland to mail it to me right away. It is rare to receive such impeccable service. Thank you, Thea, for everything! We’ll definitely be back.

This was the most pleasurable experience! From check in, to helping me up the stairs to my room, ensuring the room temp and TV were set and calling to check in if I needed anything. Rebecca made my experience so enjoyable and really delivered on above and beyond customer service. The hotel has a great breakfast spread and inviting dining area. The outdoors have manicured lawns and flowers. And the views out back - watch for the sunset!

Quiet area near the water . Noemie at front desk understands customer service and was 5 stars with her service helping with all information even on scenery to see in the area and even a car repair place . Note , I slept over on Sunday . Highly recommend.

Belinda at reception was helpful and accommodating beyond expectation. Room was spacious and clean. The only knock was the unusually weak water pressure from the sink and shower faucets. I'm still leaving a 5/5 considering everything else was great.
