The first thing i notice when stayed at any hotel is the best and most influential aspect. In this instance, excellent customer service! The room was also spotless! I almost always go a little out of my way to stay at sandman because of the quality of customer care. Kay was really accommodating.

I appreciate that they allow you to use the gym next door. I havent had the chance to eat at Chop yet, but ive heard nothing but positive things about it. Although the shuttle from the airport should have been run more frequently, overall, it is a decent hotel. The rooms on one side need updating, however, at least they have microwaves which are slowly being removed from hotel rooms. Update: so i finally had an opportunity to dine at chopp and it did not let me down. Because ill try everything on the menu, im eager to get there early enough for happy hour. Even without hygienic hour, the prices were reasonable. If youre staying at the hotel or just in the area, you must go. Edit returned, still in love with choppe. Ash is the best employee. Very kind and helpful.

The cleanliness of the room was very good. The person who checked us in, rohit, was really helpful and understanding of all our needs. He went above and beyond to provide us with the best service. We stayed there for one night and it was a really great stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this property for a few reasons. I was impressed by the size of the property and how well it was maintained from the time i arrived to the house. There are plenty of easy and ample free parking spaces, and the front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms were easy to find, with all the signs on the walls that helped direct us. When we arrived at the rooms, we found them to be very well heated, clean, comfortable, quiet. Perfect for flying out to and back from sydney vacation in mexico. On october morning, the Starbucks in the lobby was incredibly nice, as was the girl working behind the counter. Before flying off on our trip, there was also choppy where we had likewise had an excellent experience. Our experience was smooth and we cant wait to go back for another. Many thanks!.

The front desk staff was fantastic as always, we dealt with kay, and he was amazing! We love this hotel before our trips, easy shuttles on half an hour, great restaurant attached.

The employees were really friendly. The rooms were wellmaintained and spotless. And the pool was fantastic. Its definitely a familyfriendly hotel, so much fun. I believe that the only thing i found challenging was that it sort of resembles taverns, where ive easily become lost. However, overall, it was in decent shape.

Exceptional hospitality during a time of need. I cant express my gratitude enough for the exceptional service my friend and her family received during an urgent situation at the Sandman Signature hotel in the middle of securing rescheduling their flight. When i called the hotel at around 11 p. M., ill beg you to stay here. The staff was really compassionate and professional, they went above and beyond to ensure their comfort and wellbeing. My friends family was facing unforeseen circumstances and needed lodging near the airport due to arranging upcoming flights. Despite the late hour, duty manager issa quickly took action, helping me with the reservation process and ensuring he and his family had streamlined checkin process. Her mother was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. From the moment they arrived, my companion and family were welcomed with open arms and genuine care. Zainl, the night auditor, deserves special recognition for his outstanding service and kindness. His efforts to accommodate my friends relatives, including extending opulence until 5 ping, went genuinely aboveand beyond. They were able to take pause and regroup before facing the challenges ahead. Tragically, shortly after they came to the united states, her companions mother passed away. However, this gesture made enduring impression on me and my pals. Such compassion and warmth are rare in crisis. This establishment is highly recommended by me because

Due to a flight cancellation, i arrived late at night. I was assisted by ishan at the front desk. He was considerate, kind, and quick. The room was exactly what he needed. It took me only about five hours to arrive. Excellent location near the airport. Even though it would be nice if room service was available late in the night, thats exactly how it is.

Its always nice to stay with you. We noticed a few 'cutbacks. No robes, which is unfortunate because i never pack to travel and appreciate being able to snuggle into shirts), the coffee was flavorless, and there were no alternatives other than regular. Just observations, no complaints. Every year, we stay here and enjoy being close to the airport, the shuttle bus, or the fantastic restaurant in the lobby. Many thanks.

We had a wonderful time here tonight. After navigating the doors, kay gave us hugs as we passed through them, which was much appreciated after stifling days of travel. He also made us laugh and checked us in quickly. Kay, thank you for your excellent service and for helping us to reduce the daytoday stress. The room was spotless and cozy. Both the bartender and the staff were excellent, and it was peaceful. I am excited to return.

This hotel has provided me with an amazing experience. They have a sizable parking lot. As soon as i entered the door, greeted by friendly personnel. A special thanks to rukh at the front desk. He promptly checked us in. We received complete information about the hotel and its amenities. The room was spotless and offered incredibly beautiful views. I give it 4.5 stars, and ill most certainly refer it!.

This place is a great place to stay. The staff is polite and attentive. It has many facilities and i can find restaurants around the area from the lobby as well as other areas. There is also tasty shuttle service from and to the airport. I will come back here again.

Kay was our guest service agent when we checked in and made such a welcoming environment when welcomed. He was very personable and asked about his day and we ended up being able to learn hes journey to canada. I was pleasantly surprised when i was offered an upgrade to stay at the penthouse! After entering my room for ten minutes, hen even called to make sure if u was happy with the space and obviate unless ive needed anything else. Which of course lacked substance because it was gorgeous and immaculate. Even treats were available on the table! The bedding is undoubtedly one of my top three favorite places to sleep because the comforter actually has substance and the pillows are actually fluffy but dense. And dont even get me started on that view, where you can see hardly any city and some mountains peaking just behind it! Highly recommend this fantastic location! 10 out of 10.

Kay at the front desk has provided me with the best service possible! My latenight checkin was smooth, and my slightly unreasonable request for a room change hours past check in (due to my travel companions flight being canceled and plans changing accordingly) was not only accommodated but also handled with ease, so i wasnt at all inconvenienced. Without bringing amiable vehicles, the location is not the most ideal for accessibility. However, ive had nothing short of exceptional service, especially considering the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms!.

The two days i spent at the sandyman signature hotel were fantastic. The exceptional assistance of rukh, who took care of us from the time of booking until the end of our stay, enhanced the experience. We will most certainly return! Lovely hotel. The staff was helpful and kind with any issues we encountered. It was fantastic to have a restaurant adjacent, called hop. Fantastic pool and slide at the hotel were the hotels pool area and slides. A water park would have similar slides as you would at if you were walking around. You can get lost on your first day because of the enormous size of this hotel, and im still trying to find my way out!.
