Beautiful location, lovely room. Comfy beds. Bathrooms clean. It was great. Very far from the subway and downtown obviously, but worth it for the quiet, cozy town.

Nice place, we had a two bedroom apartment which was spacious and well decorated. A good selection of restaurants in walking distance. Ideal as close to the airport.

The location on the Steveston waterfront was terrific. A 5+++ on a scale of 5. The room was a little cramped but with stove, fridge, microwave. kitchen sink, dishwasher and laundry washer and dryer worth the inconvenience as we had a studio. Parking was free and close to the unit. The negative is the check in and essentially no staff. The check-in was very difficult for a senior person with limited computer skills. It was a virtual check-in with ID, credit card and other things done by the iPhone. I was frustrated and unsuccessful. When I arrived, the cleaning staff was able to find the person to help us check in. Now that I know the check-in routine, I would definitely return if in Vancouver again. However, it would be convenient if a check-in person was available full-time.

Beautiful property right on the boardwalk. Easy to walk into town or down to the Britannia Shipyards National Historic Site. Parking was easy and plentiful. Everything is done virtually. As long as you follow the very detailed directions provided by the hotel check-in, parking and finding the room is easy. The hotel responded promptly, professionally and kindly to any queries. The room was large, clean and well equipped. The patio was lovely for sitting and watching people walk by and eagles fly over the river. We love hotels where there is no daily housekeeping. It really was like a nicely furnished apartment. The only negative, was other guests who did not consider that the hallways are not private and were running between rooms and yelling. It seemed like at least twice over the week there were families that had more than one room and put the children in one and the parents in the other. Since the bedroom was near the hall the noise was disruptive to sleep. Overall, an excellent hotel. We will not hesitate to stay here again.

Great Location on the Steveston boardwalk. Design was nicely appointed & comfortable. Lack of human staff presence was challenging. The inability to suppress the air con ventilation system was a minor irritant. Highly Recommend this property.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It’s a gem! So new and so clean and luxurious! My wife loved it! Then there’s the setting right on the waterfront with wonderfully maintained walking trail! Also, walking distance to the very cute Steveston Village with so many options of places to eat and things to do such as bookstore and art store for people to create their own! Thank you Steveston Waterfront!

We had an amazing stay at the Steveston Waterfront Hotel! The location is perfect, with beautiful waterfront views and easy walking access to the shops, restaurants, and the charming Steveston Village and Fisherman's Wharf. Our room was spotless, very spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We especially appreciated being able to check in early, and when there was a small oversight with the welcome wine, they quickly delivered it to our room with a sincere apology—excellent customer service. The self-parking was convenient, and the hotel made our stay relaxing from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Richmond / Steveston area.

The rooms were extremely clean. Having a stackable washer and dryer in the room was so handy. It felt like I was staying in a 1 bedroom apartment, with the dining room table and sofa. I loved that the boardwalk was just outside my door, for daily scenic walks.

Nice property over looking the water and walking distance to the wharf. Loved we can sit on the patio and watch everyone strolling by. The room was clean and spacious and had a full kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes walking to the downtown core, and it's located in a very clean and safe neighborhood. Our room looked right out onto the water, and we took advantage of the new walking/running path that runs alongside the water. We even saw women jogging on the path alone after midnight, so you know it's a safe neighborhood. The room was squeaky clean and well-appointed. Our only complaint was that the room felt rather sparse, and needed more art on the walls or a colored "accent wall" to offset all the gleaming white surfaces. We highly recommend this hotel, and we plan to stay there again. P.S. The bottle of wine in our room that was provided by the hotel was a nice touch, and the wine itself was quite good.
